- There were 1.8 million delay compensation claims closed by train operators between 13 October 2019 and 4 January 2020 (2019-20 Q3).
- Overall, 98.4% of delay compensation claims were closed within 20 working days in 2019-20 Q3.
- Of these claims closed, 84.4% of claims were approved by train operators within 2019-20 Q3.
