Rail regulator says some capacity can be made available at Eurostar depot

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) says Eurostar’s London depot would be able if required to accommodate additional trains, following its receipt of an independent report it commissioned to investigate the matter. The report, published today, assessed the capacity at the operator’s Temple Mills International facility.

Regulator approves new Go-op train service between Swindon, Taunton and Weston-super-Mare

The rail regulator has given the go ahead for new train services between Swindon, Taunton and Weston-super-Mare from the end of 2025. The regulator has also set conditions on its approval to ensure the new, co-operatively owned operator has sufficient finance and rolling stock in place in good time.
Modifications to Network Rail's Network Code

The rail industry can propose changes to Network Rail's Network Code through Part C. ORR has a role to approve those changes as any modifications to the Code may have a bearing on Track Access contracts.
