Following consultation we consider it appropriate to amend the model connection contract so that CPI is used for new contracts, rather than RPI in the adjustment factor, as with track access contracts.

Following a consultation we have published a mofified notice formalising changes to conditions in operators licences and SNRPs and hanges to the Disabled People’s Protection Policy condition in licences and SNRPs.

Conclusions On 9 April 2018, we published our conclusions to our September 2017 consultation and we also updated the original consultation letter so that it is now a regulatory statement.
