Station and depot guidance and templates

This page is intended to be used as a quick reference for all ORR-issued template documentation relating to station and depot access, including access agreements, access conditions, annexes, amending documents and amending agreements.

We regulate access to stations by approving new station access agreements and amendments to existing station access agreements in accordance with the provisions set out under the Railways Act 1993.

We regulate access to station and light maintenance depots by approving new station and depot access agreements and approving amendments to existing station and depot access agreements.
