We monitor and report on the quality of Network Rail's engagement with its stakeholder community in control period 6 (CP6).

We undertake targeted assurance reviews to gain in-depth understanding into ongoing or emerging issues, risks and opportunities within Network Rail which could impact regulatory targets.

We are responsible for monitoring and enforcing the performance and efficiency of National Highways in its delivery of the Smart Motorway Action Plan.
