The annual assessment sets out our views on the quality of Network Rail’s stakeholder engagement for the fourth year of CP6 (April 2022 to March 2023). The report summarises our key findings on Network Rail’s stakeholder engagement at a national level and across its business units, making recommendations for improvement which apply across the entire business. It also presents our assessment of how well Network Rail engaged with stakeholders on its Enhancement Delivery Plans (EDP).
