The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is consulting on proposals offered by Rail Assessment Centre Forum (RACF) that aim to open up the provision of train driver psychometric assessments to greater competition.
We have received licence holder consent for the new licence condition on delay compensation. We have therefore published notification of this licence change, which will come into force on the 1 April 2022.
London’s Stratford railway station recorded the most passenger entries and exits during a year that saw Britain’s passenger usage drop 78% compared with the previous year. This was the lowest level of journeys seen since at least before 1872 and is a result of the pandemic.
