Core documents are the original application form, draft supplemental agreement, Network Rail representations, and the operator response to the Network Rail representations.  Once a decision has been made on a case, the decision letter and, where relevant, the directions notice and final supplemental agreement reflecting what has been directed is added. The decision letter and, where relevant, the final agreement is also placed on the disputed amendment to contracts (section 22a) page or the decisions on new, disputed contracts (section 17) page.
