Review of Highways England’s capability to plan and deliver its RIS2 enhancement capital programme (jointly commissioned with Highways England)

Review of Highways England to ensure that it has in place the requisite organisational capability and capacity for planning and delivering its second Road Investment Strategy (RIS2) capital enhancement portfolio. Highways England has accepted the findings and recommendations of this review and are taking action to address them.
