Enhancements efficiency benchmarking Phase 1 - Executive summary (Arup) - 26 November 2020

ORR needs to update efficient benchmarking ranges in order to provide expert advice on the efficient cost of enhancements. Phase one developed a new set of cost ranges based on Network Rail project outturn costs.

This report relates to control period 6 (CP6), which covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024.
