Capital Investment Capability Framework – Executive Summary Report - 18 December 2020

The Capex Capability Framework has been developed to provide the ORR with a tool to understand Network Rail's capability to plan and deliver capital projects.

The Executive summary report sets out a summary of the baseline assessment outcomes.

This report relates to control period 6 (CP6), which covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024.
